Friendly ambassadors are on standby to offer recommendations on where to eat and what to do in Omaha. The Omaha Visitors Center also offers a variety of "Omaha" and locally made retail items and souvenirs for sale, including water bottles, holiday ornaments, beer tasting glasses, coffee mugs and more.
Returning this season is Letters to Santa. Kids are invited to fill out and mail their wish lists to Santa at the decked-out Omaha Visitors Center. The big guy in red has been known to personally respond to each wish list.
We also assist visitors by phone. Omaha Visitors Center staff will be happy to answer your questions at 402-444-4660 (Option 1) Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm or you can email info@visitomaha.com anytime.
