Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Closed Sundays, Mondays and on all major holidays.

Friendly ambassadors are on standby to offer recommendations on where to eat and what to do in Omaha. We also assist visitors by phone. Omaha Visitors Center staff will be happy to answer your questions at 402-444-4660 (Option 1) Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm or you can email info@visitomaha.com anytime.
American Sign Language services are available.
The Omaha Visitors Center also offers a variety of "Omaha" and locally made retail items and souvenirs for sale, including water bottles, holiday ornaments, beer tasting glasses, coffee mugs and more.
